Where we help

Waste in places you need to use again.

You may have found droppings in one cabinet or waste throughout a storage area. Tell us where you found it and whether rodents are still active. We handle the cleanup; pest control is a separate service.

Kitchens & Cabinets

Remove waste and clean affected surfaces in cabinets, pantries, drawers, and kitchen areas.

Garages & Storage

Address droppings and nesting debris around shelving, boxes, and stored belongings.

Living Spaces

Clean animal waste and assess affected surfaces and materials in rooms throughout the property.

Attics

Remove droppings, nesting debris, and affected insulation included in the cleanup.

Crawl Spaces

Clean accessible affected areas beneath the home, with entry and working space assessed first.

Belongings & Contents

Review affected items and explain what we propose to clean or remove before you decide.

Attics & crawl spaces

The cleanup includes the spaces out of sight.

Droppings and nesting materials can collect above the ceiling or beneath the floor. We assess access, the affected surfaces, and whether contaminated insulation needs removal.

We do not install replacement insulation, seal entry points, or provide pest control. Tell us what has already been done to address the animals.

  • Remove affected insulation where included.
  • Clean accessible surfaces covered by the job.

Your belongings matter

Clear decisions. No guesswork about your things.

Finding droppings around stored belongings raises another question: what can you keep?

We review the affected items, their materials, and their condition. You see what we propose to clean or remove before authorizing the work. Tell us about important belongings that need individual attention.

Before work begins

Know what’s included. Know what comes next.

A few affected shelves and an attic filled with contaminated insulation require different work. The amount of waste, access, belongings, and materials to remove all affect the price.

Your proposal identifies the areas and tasks included. If we find a condition that changes the job, we explain the additional work and price before you approve it.

Cleanup & Removal

Waste removal, cleaning of affected areas, and approved removal of contaminated materials. Insulation removal is included only when listed in your proposal.

Separate Services

Pest control, entry-point sealing, repairs, and insulation replacement require another provider. Let us know about ongoing activity so we can discuss the timing of cleanup.

Cleaning only — not a decontamination, sterilization, or health-safety determination.

Aseptaclean may clean accepted conditions left behind after an appropriately licensed pest operator has confirmed the active pest issue is resolved. Aseptaclean does not inspect for, identify, exclude, trap, or treat pests.

Common questions

A few things you may be wondering.

Do you clean attics and crawl spaces?

Yes. We assess the entrance, available working space, affected materials, and extent of the waste before confirming the cleanup we can perform.

Can you remove affected insulation?

Yes. Removal of affected insulation can be included in your proposal. We do not install replacement insulation.

Do you provide pest control?

No. Our service addresses waste and affected materials. Trapping, pest treatment, and sealing entry points require another provider. Tell us if you are still seeing rodents or fresh signs of activity.

Will everything need to be thrown away?

Not necessarily. The material and condition matter. We explain which belongings we propose to clean and which we recommend removing. Removal decisions are reviewed with you before work starts.

How much will the cleanup cost?

Small cleanup jobs start at $500. Larger cleanup jobs start at $1,500. The on-site assessment is $145, credited toward the cleanup if you proceed. Final pricing depends on the affected areas, access, contamination, and materials requiring removal. You receive a written proposal before committing to the cleanup.

Can I send photos first?

Yes. Photos can help us understand the location and visible conditions. An on-site assessment may still be needed. Take photos only from somewhere you can safely access; do not sweep or vacuum rodent waste to prepare for a photo or visit.
