Focus on what matters
The details make the difference.
Tell us where routine cleaning has fallen short. It may be grease around the stove, buildup in the shower, or dust along the floor edges.
We’ll ask which rooms need attention, whether the property is occupied, and when you need the work done. These details help us assess the cleaning and preparation needed.

- Identify the rooms and surfaces that matter most.
- Discuss access around furniture and belongings.
- Tell us about a move date or other deadline.
Your belongings matter
Care for your home and what's in it.
Point out delicate finishes, existing damage, and belongings you do not want moved. If a surface has special care instructions, share them before cleaning begins.
We confirm which areas we can reach and what needs to be put away or moved. Cleaning behind heavy furniture or appliances is not assumed to be included.

Review the surfaces
Identify delicate materials, existing damage, and areas needing extra attention.
Agree on access
Discuss what can be moved and which areas should remain undisturbed.

Before work begins
Know what your cleaning includes.
Room size, buildup, surface condition, and access affect the work and price. We identify the cleaning tasks before you decide to proceed.
Tell us if you want the inside of cabinets or appliances cleaned. These areas need to be discussed and listed in the proposal.

Included in Your Plan
Your proposal lists the rooms and surfaces to clean. Interior windows, cabinet interiors, and appliance interiors are included only when specified. Any added work and cost require your approval.
When More Is Needed
Large cleanouts, heavy waste, and biohazard conditions require a separate assessment and scope. Repairs, pest control, and replacing damaged materials are not part of detailed deep cleaning.
Common questions
A few things you may be wondering.
What is detailed deep cleaning?
It gives extra attention to buildup and areas that routine cleaning may miss, such as cabinet fronts, bathroom fixtures, door frames, and baseboards. Your proposal identifies the tasks included.
How is this different from extreme cleaning?
Detailed deep cleaning focuses on accessible rooms and surfaces. Heavy waste, substantial buildup, or contents that block access may call for extreme cleaning or a separate cleanout. Describe the condition and we’ll help identify the appropriate service.
Do you clean inside appliances and cabinets?
These tasks are included only when listed in your proposal. We discuss access, emptying contents, and any preparation needed before work begins.
Do I need to move everything first?
No. Start by telling us which areas need cleaning. We’ll explain what should be put away and discuss any furniture or belongings that limit access.
Can you remove every stain or mark?
We do not promise that cleaning will remove every mark or restore worn finishes. We discuss visible damage and cleaning limits during the assessment.
How much does detailed deep cleaning cost?
The rooms, buildup, access, and selected tasks affect the price. You receive a written proposal before deciding to proceed. Photos may help us understand the work; an on-site assessment may still be needed.
