01 / The operator

Matthew Ruiz stays close to the scope.

Matthew Ruiz — Founder & Principal Operator

Matthew is directly involved in scope review, project planning and operating oversight. His background includes a B.S. in Biochemistry from UC Riverside, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and histology and surgical pathology.

That experience shaped the way Aseptaclean approaches difficult property conditions:

We do not treat a home like a laboratory.

And we do not assume every difficult property is a major remediation project.

We bring a careful, condition-first mindset to the work and explain what we see in plain English.

This background reflects controlled-process discipline. It does not grant contractor, remediation, medical, environmental, or regulatory authority.

Look closely. Understand what is happening. Define the work clearly. Then do the job in the right order.

02 / How we operate

Operating principles

Three things are settled before a property is scheduled.

Clear authority

We identify who can approve contents decisions and scope changes.

Written boundaries

Inclusions, exclusions and assumptions are written before scheduling.

Direct accountability

You speak with the operator reviewing the property—not a distant call center.

03 / Scope

Where our responsibility begins and ends.

Aseptaclean performs property clearing and approved cleaning within its current lawful and insured scope. Aseptaclean is not a licensed general contractor, remediation contractor, pest-control operator, appraiser, or provider of medical or legal services.

Project records document the work performed. They are not regulatory clearance, inspection approval, environmental certification, or a determination that a property is safe or habitable.
